Cashup
Awned, semi-dwarf, mid-season maturity, good test weight and straw strength. Yield performance is excellent under high rainfall, irrigated, dryland conditions, very winter hardy. Excellent resistance to leaf, stripe, and stem rust. Acceptable milling, good baking quality.
Madsen
Semi-dwarf, stiff straw, mid-early season, heavy yield, intermediate winter hardiness. First USA SWW wheat with noticeable resistance to strawbreaker foot rot. Resistant to common bunt, stripe, leaf, and stem rust, powdery mildew. Excellent milling and moderate baking quality.
Kelse
Intermediate height, semi-dwarf with lax, tapering, erect curvature inflorescence with tan awns and glumes long in length. First HRS variety released in the PNW confirmed to have HTAP resistance to stripe rust. Superior end-use quality attributes.
NW 533
Awned, white chaff, medium-short semi-dwarf, mid-season maturity, more cold tolerant than Stephens. Resistant to stripe rust, moderately susceptible to strawbreaker foot rot. High yield potential, targeted to medium-high rainfall areas.
